Make Delicious SOUP in an instant Pot
Recipie:

​1.  Wash 1 cup lentils(pink) & soak in water overnight or for a few hours before cooking
2.  Place the rinsed/soaked lentil’s, 1 cup pumpkin cut in medium pieces, 1 carrot cut into small pieces, 3 small eggplant cut into 4 pieces, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 cup onion chopped, 1 cup tomato chopped and 4 cup water into the instant pot, close the lid, and set the instant pot valve to seal.  
3.  Set it to manual HIGH pressure for 8 minutes and wait. It’ll take the Instant Pot a while to pressurize before the 8-minute countdown begins.  Once done, let the pressure release naturally (don’t turn the valve to let the steam/pressure out)  
4.  Use an emersion blender to mix it up to find the right consistency. 
5.  Add the Soup spice mix to taste – start with `1 teaspoon and add more if needed  6.  Add salt as needed too
